One of Signfiy’s clients has developed a Web portal that provides much of the information for customers. Nonetheless, from the survey 30% of the customers are not using the Internet. They use telephones and mobile phones to inquire about service information as well as to make a service request.
Signify helps the client to implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems so that their customers can call to retrieve information and make a request via phone. Signify also help to integrate multi-contact channels including FAX, SMS, and Email. Their customers get the services how they want it and they feel they are cared.
